Second Chance Homes is an alternative community-based, transitional housing program for homeless teen mothers and their children. The program was developed as a follow through program for the teen moms and babies of the Capable Adolescent Mothers residence home. After completing the residence program, these young families, who do not have intact families to return to, have difficulty finding stable placement. The program is designed to allow the young parents to live in a supportive family setting while they finish school and develop job skills through employment.
Make a difference in the life of a young person by temporarily sharing your home and welcoming them into your family.
